Senior Scrum Master & Agile Release Train Lead

About the role

As a Senior Scrum Master & Agile Release Train Lead you will drive multiple agile teams in the travel‑technology domain to deliver high‑quality solutions. You will create a productive, efficient and collaborative environment, coach teams in Scrum, Kanban and SAFe practices, and ensure smooth delivery in a fast‑paced, scaled‑agile setting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate agile events such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments, protect teams from scope creep and over‑commitment, and enforce the Definition of Done.
• Coach teams and Product Owners, support backlog refinement and estimation, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide line‑management, conduct one‑on‑one sessions, resolve process disagreements and foster team development.
• Represent teams in Scrum‑of‑Scrums and SAFe ceremonies, and contribute to programme reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor team velocity, analyse metrics and implement enhancements to increase delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 17 years of experience in agile delivery, preferably in airlines, airports or travel‑technology projects.
• Proven track record of coaching multiple Scrum teams and leading SAFe Release Trains.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall and other agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Based in Dubai and able to work onsite.
