Senior Site Coordinator – Luxury Residential Projects

About the role

Our client, a leading interior design consultancy specializing in high‑end luxury residential, commercial and hospitality spaces, is seeking a Senior Site Coordinator to oversee multiple construction sites in Dubai. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will ensure that design intent, quality standards and project timelines are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the performance of several site projects, ensuring compliance with design, technical, time and budget targets.
• Support the Technical Manager in enforcing company standards and procedures across all site coordinators.
• Lead quality‑control processes, reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, colours and samples for design compliance.
• Conduct quality‑assurance inspections and ensure regulatory requirements are satisfied.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company, contractors and clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports highlighting milestones, risks and overall status.
• Facilitate coordination among the in‑house design team, project managers and contractors to resolve on‑site issues.
• Assist in project planning and site scheduling to optimise resource utilisation.
• Oversee sourcing of alternative materials that meet design and budget criteria.

Required profile

• Significant experience in construction site coordination, preferably in luxury residential projects.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring junior coordinators.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal teams, contractors and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously while maintaining design integrity.
