Senior Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Specialist to join the Marketing Department of Haqsons Group. You will own the social media presence of multiple real‑estate brands, driving engagement and reinforcing brand positioning across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and X.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content plans that align with business goals, campaigns and brand objectives.
• Maintain content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure platform‑specific best practices for formats, cropping and safe areas.
• Identify content opportunities based on audience interests and platform behavior, staying current with relevant trends.
• Create and coordinate reels, stories, carousels, short videos, event coverage and authentic brand moments.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers and the performance team to produce high‑quality assets.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments and direct messages, and uphold brand voice.
• Leverage AI tools and analytics to optimise workflows, measure performance and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real‑estate or related sectors.
• Strong eye for aesthetics and ability to translate brand positioning into visual content.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
