Senior Solution Architect – Demand Supply Merchandise Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Blue Yonder demand‑supply and merchandise planning solutions for retail clients. The role works closely with customer business and IT teams across Europe, delivering end‑to‑end supply‑chain transformations on‑site or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Blue Yonder products, owning solution design from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders throughout project phases, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Provide functional and industry expertise in demand management, replenishment, assortment and category planning.
• Mentor junior consultants and support pre‑sales assessments.
• Coordinate with Product Management on future feature enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply‑chain or retail planning (softline, grocery, FMCG, CPG, etc.).
• Proven ability to travel extensively across Europe and right to work in the EU.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Blue Yonder, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, Logility, o9, Quintiq or similar planning platforms.
• Python and SQL basics.
• Familiarity with machine‑learning concepts and Agile methodologies.
