Senior Solutions Architect

About the role

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join its Dubai team. You will act as a technical authority and trusted advisor for sales, customers, partners and the regional community, helping them solve business challenges with the Elastic Stack.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts and collaborate with account managers.
• Understand customer goals and demonstrate how Elastic solutions meet those objectives.
• Build value‑based relationships at all levels of customer organizations.
• Participate in the full sales cycle, from discovery to technical win.
• Present Elastic products at sales meetings, meetups and conferences.
• Advise the sales team on positioning Elastic solutions.
• Onboard, educate and enable partners, supporting them throughout sales cycles.
• Create collateral, contribute to programs and work with internal teams to address client needs.
• Provide customer and community feedback to engineering and leadership.

Required profile

• Proven success in a technical presales role within the enterprise sector.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the Elastic Stack.
• Experience with search and AI platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based solutions for search, security and observability.
