Information Technology Support Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Lead to join an international energy and shipping group based in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on IT support with team coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Purchasing and setting up laptops, mobile phones, monitors and other user equipment.
• Setting up and administering user accounts and Microsoft Office 365.
• Installing and supporting software across Windows, macOS, Android and iOS devices.
• Supporting office telecom equipment and coordinating technical issues with vendors.
• Managing and coordinating a team of 3–4 IT specialists.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT Help Desk, IT Support or a similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Experience with corporate antivirus/security solutions.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016–2019.
• Experience with telecom equipment and Microsoft Office administration.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
