Senior Solutions Architect MEA

About the role

GitLab is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for the MEA region, based in Dubai. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, helping them understand how GitLab’s AI‑powered DevSecOps platform can meet both technical requirements and business objectives across the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions, demos and validation workshops with MEA customers.
• Design and present solution architectures that align with cloud and modern software development practices.
• Conduct proof‑of‑value initiatives and guide organisations through digital transformation journeys.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, regional Solutions Architect manager and cross‑functional teams to drive platform adoption.
• Provide feedback to Product Management as the voice of the customer.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in a SaaS or DevSecOps environment.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
