Senior Specialist – Financial Communications

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Financial Communications will lead the day‑to‑day management of financial and regulatory communications for ADNOC Logistics & Services, a listed entity. You will ensure timely and accurate reporting, protect the company’s reputation, and maximise positioning opportunities across internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a calendar of all financial and regulatory communication obligations, including quarterly and annual earnings releases.
• Draft, review and secure approval for earnings announcements, AGM disclosures, material information releases and corporate reports such as the Annual, Sustainability and Governance Reports.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, corporate communications and business units to align messaging and obtain necessary sign‑offs.
• Manage the distribution of approved materials to media, investors and other external stakeholders.
• Partner with Investor Relations to organise earnings calls and respond to media inquiries.
• Identify and escalate reputation risks and opportunities, supporting senior leaders ahead of external engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or financial communications, preferably within a listed company.
• Strong ability to build trust with senior leadership and work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for listed entities.
