School Administrative Assistant

About the role

The School Administrative Assistant will support The English College Dubai in managing inventory, ensuring high-quality branding collateral, and providing photography and videography coverage for school events and daily classroom activities. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager to plan content, maintain safeguarding standards, and assist with finance and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of branded items, printed collaterals, roll‑ups, backdrops and gifting stock, ensuring proper labeling and neat storage.
• Check and uphold quality standards for all branding collaterals to reflect the school’s professional image.
• Provide photo and video coverage for open days, award ceremonies, cultural celebrations, workshops and everyday classroom moments.
• Develop and maintain a content shooting schedule aligned with weekly, monthly and termly school activities.
• Obtain and record consent for all photography and videography in line with safeguarding policies.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with campaign execution, shoot planning and brand strategy.
• Coordinate with Finance to verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Support organization and coverage of national and cultural events such as UAE National Day and Flag Day.
