Senior Specialist - Network and Security

About the role

e7 Group is looking for an experienced Senior Specialist to lead the design, implementation and protection of its enterprise network and cybersecurity landscape. You will ensure a secure, resilient and high‑performing IT infrastructure across on‑premise and cloud environments, supporting business continuity and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN, VPN and cloud networking solutions.
• Monitor network performance, capacity and availability to guarantee reliable operations.
• Administer cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, email security, access controls and vulnerability management platforms.
• Provide cloud security for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS and hybrid environments.
• Lead incident response for security events, network outages and remediation activities.
• Support governance, risk assessments, audits and compliance with ISO 27001, NIST and CIS Controls.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of enterprise networking and cybersecurity experience in medium to large organizations.
• Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management and project delivery capabilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, Fortinet NSE, PCNSE) are highly desirable.
