Senior Specialist - New Business Enablement

About the role

Join ADCB's Corporate and Investment Banking Group as a Senior Specialist in New Business Enablement, driving credit approvals, transaction execution and client engagement to generate incremental revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Fast‑track end‑to‑end NTB business credit approval, transaction execution and stakeholder management to generate incremental revenue.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities on NTBs to maximise risk‑adjusted returns on capital (RAROC) and meet targets.
• Provide transaction structuring advice within bank guidelines.
• Review and assess CIBG NTB credit applications, including financial analysis, credit structuring and risk mitigation.
• Gather and report feedback from CIBG, Credit, Risk and Technology teams.
• Engage with clients alongside Relationship Managers to understand credit needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of banking experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage and lead large teams.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, capital and liquidity.
