Senior Specialist – Product Management (Operational Intelligence Commercialisation)

About the role

This Senior Specialist role in Product Management will support the commercialisation and sales expansion of Operational Intelligence products across one of Mastercard's global regions. The position focuses on driving product adoption, identifying customer pain points, supporting sales enablement, and shaping commercialization strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Advisors & Consulting Services (A&CS) teams to drive product commercialisation and customer engagement.
• Identify short‑term and long‑term whitespace opportunities and new use cases based on market trends and feedback.
• Support internal and external partnership initiatives to accelerate go‑to‑market efforts.
• Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and quantify product value for customers.
• Monitor product adoption metrics and help improve customer engagement.
• Develop region‑specific commercial constructs, KPIs, and tools to track success.
• Create customer value narratives, case studies, and sales training materials.

Required profile

• Consulting experience focused on go‑to‑market, pricing and commercialisation of technology or data‑driven solutions; payments or financial services background preferred.
• Strong customer orientation, commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
• Exposure to API and AI‑based product commercialisation is a plus.
• Ability to support strategic product initiatives and drive business transformation.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
