Store Sales Associate – Short Term Contract

About the role

As a Store Sales Associate at Atlys’ Dubai location, you will be the front‑line representative, greeting walk‑in travelers, understanding their visa and travel needs, and guiding them to the appropriate Atlys products and services. This short‑term, full‑time, on‑site role requires you to quickly engage customers and drive sales from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with visa applications on‑site, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Welcome walk‑in customers, understand their travel and visa needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Educate travelers on visa requirements, timelines, pricing, and Atlys’ value proposition.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Maintain a presentable, organized store that aligns with Atlys’ brand standards.
• Stay current on visa regulations, travel policies, and product updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve the in‑store experience and share feedback with the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing or front‑desk role; experience in visa processing, travel agencies, or immigration consultancies is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various visa types, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and common rejection reasons.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and interpersonal skills; additional languages are a plus.
• High ownership, patience, and professionalism, with the ability to simplify complex visa processes.
• Proactive, calm problem‑solving approach for on‑spot concerns.
• Comfort using CRMs, digital application platforms, and support tools.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (6 days/week, 9‑hour shifts with a 1‑hour break).
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance suitable for a premium retail environment.
