Senior Specialist, QA/QC

About the role

The Senior Specialist, QA/QC will lead the development, implementation and monitoring of quality processes for projects and engineering within ADNOC Group. You will ensure compliance with international standards and ADNOC quality policies, driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Quality Management standards and procedures aligned with ISO 9001, ISO/TS 29001 and ISO 10006.
• Support creation of Project Level 1 Governance Quality Management System and cascade Level 2‑4 procedures, forms and records.
• Guide business lines and group companies to ensure QA/QC compliance with standards and best practices.
• Lead audits, reviews and verifications, identify improvement opportunities and manage corrective actions.
• Maintain master QA/QC risk and non‑conformance registers; review NCRs and provide closure updates.
• Establish and manage third‑party inspection frameworks and evaluate service performance.
• Analyse inspection and testing reports, technical deviations and pre‑qualification documents.
• Develop annual quality plans, competency frameworks and learning materials for the Group.
• Monitor QA/QC KPIs, ensure risk mitigation and support major deviation approvals.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in QA/QC within engineering or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 29001, ISO 10006).
• Proven ability to lead audits, manage risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple business lines and external parties.
