Senior Specialist, Warehouse Performance

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Warehouse Performance will lead the optimisation of warehouse operations to drive efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and safety compliance. This role analyses performance data, implements best practices and works closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance inventory management, order fulfilment and shipping processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse operations strategies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Create and deliver training programmes for supervisors and staff on safety and operating procedures.
• Analyse performance metrics, identify improvement areas and devise action plans.
• Lead best‑practice execution in inventory management, order fulfilment and shipping/receiving.
• Coordinate with transportation, logistics and other functions to ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor regulatory and safety compliance, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Manage the warehouse operations budget and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance to meet safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Relevant professional certifications in warehouse or supply‑chain management are preferred.
