About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Sponsorship and Partnership Specialist to lead the planning and execution of sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations across regulated markets. You will work closely with regional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure high‑impact, compliant campaigns that strengthen Bybit’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end‑to‑end execution of sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Support regional teams in identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, business cases, and activation plans.
• Plan and manage regional events, conferences, media engagements, and partner activations, handling timelines, vendors, logistics, and on‑site operations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Content, Social, Legal, and Compliance to integrate initiatives and meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Communications team with press events, media opportunities, speaking engagements, and announcement logistics.
• Handle contract administration, budget tracking, purchase requests, and related operational processes.
• Track performance of campaigns, sponsorships, and PR activities, producing post‑event reports and recommendations.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sponsorship opportunities, proactively proposing new ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sponsorship, partnership, or event management within regulated markets.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on compliance and regulatory standards.
