Senior Strategy Manager

About the role

The Senior Strategy Manager will lead the development and execution of multi‑year strategic plans that align with national agendas and drive Dubai’s position as a global trade hub. This senior position reports to senior leadership and works closely with cross‑functional teams to embed performance excellence and digital transformation across the customs ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee a 2026‑2030 strategic planning framework linked to D33 and UAE national priorities.
• Create enterprise performance systems, including KPIs, dashboards and data‑driven insights.
• Lead institutional transformation initiatives leveraging AI, analytics and smart customs technologies.
• Conduct strategic research, foresight studies and policy development to support long‑term objectives.
• Champion organizational excellence, change management and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• UAE National with a valid Family Book (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management or a related field.
• Minimum 11 years of experience in strategy, planning and institutional excellence.
• Background in government or semi‑government organisations is preferred.
