Senior Strategy Manager – Real Estate (UAE)

About the role

EY‑Parthenon is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to join its Real Estate practice in Dubai. You will work with sovereign wealth funds, developers and hospitality clients, shaping strategic agendas across the real‑estate lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead work streams and translate client needs into actionable project tasks and deliverables.
• Develop long‑term strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, concept ideation, highest‑and‑best‑use analysis, and destination strategies.
• Support growth, market entry, expansion, valuation, transaction due diligence and greenfield projects.
• Advise clients on acquisition processes, operator selection and business transformation initiatives.
• Coach junior team members, ensure quality deliverables and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking university with outstanding academic performance.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in real‑estate strategy, consulting, private equity or development.
• Experience across one or more real‑estate segments such as residential, retail, hospitality or commercial.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA or RICS are preferred.
