Graduate Urban Planner

About the role

The Graduate Urban Planner will support planning studies and reports for new and updated plans, programs and regulations in Dubai, working under direct supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning studies and prepare reports for new and updated plans, programs and regulations.
• Review development proposals and site plans for compliance with codes, plans and regulations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on development proposals to government bodies.
• Collect statistical data and produce reports and maps on census, land use, transportation, tax base and occupancy rates.
• Assist in evaluating rezoning, ordinance amendments, special use permits, variances and other proposals.
• Coordinate community review of public and private development projects and provide information to the public.
