About the role

Clear Engineering is partnering with a fast‑growing data‑centre start‑up to expand its Talent Acquisition function. Based in Dubai, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will design and execute recruitment strategies for construction, engineering and real‑estate projects worldwide, engaging senior‑level and C‑suite candidates.

Key responsibilities

Define and drive the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with project growth.
Source, assess and manage senior and C‑suite candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Hire across multiple verticals within construction and engineering projects.
Negotiate compensation packages to secure top talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Oversee seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.

Required profile

5‑10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
Proven track record managing and leading recruitment teams.
Strong understanding of senior‑level talent markets and ability to engage C‑suite executives.
