About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function for a fast‑growing data‑centre start‑up in Dubai. You will shape global talent strategies, engage senior‑level candidates and ensure the best talent is secured for construction, engineering and real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.
• Engage and manage senior and C‑suite candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Recruit across multiple verticals, including construction, engineering and real‑estate projects.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Oversee seamless onboarding processes for new hires.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven experience managing and leading a recruitment team.
• Demonstrated success recruiting senior‑level and C‑suite professionals.
