Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

Provident Real Estate, one of Dubai’s leading brokerages, is seeking a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the sourcing and hiring of top real‑estate professionals. You will act as a strategic partner, building pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Headhunt experienced brokers, managers and industry experts across Dubai.
• Develop and maintain a high‑quality candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, social media, networking events and referrals.
• Conduct interviews, assess performance, professionalism and cultural fit.
• Present Provident’s value proposition and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the CRM/ATS and monitor KPIs.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies and nurture long‑term relationships with passive talent.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Excellent networking, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and highly organized.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
