About the role
A growing organization in Dubai is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple high‑volume positions while ensuring a professional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for several positions simultaneously.
- Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases and other channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure timely hiring while meeting business timelines and quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agency recruitment.
- Proven track record of handling full‑cycle recruitment and high‑volume hiring.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation abilities.
