Senior Technical Sales Engineer – Heating & Hot Water Systems

About the role

Carrier is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to lead the design and sales of heating and hot water solutions for residential and commercial projects in the UAE. The role combines technical estimation, proposal management and partner support to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical and commercial estimates for boilers, heat pumps, hybrid systems, storage tanks and hydraulic layouts.
• Review tender documents, ensure compliance with local regulations and perform performance calculations.
• Support distributors and key accounts with system selection, configuration, training and technical issue resolution.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify opportunities, present technical concepts and assist in negotiations.
• Act as the technical authority for heating and hot water solutions, delivering value‑engineering proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, heating or hot water system design and sales.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory standards and energy‑efficiency requirements.
• Proven ability to develop accurate technical proposals and support distributors.
• Excellent communication skills for customer meetings and training sessions.
