Senior Technical Software Engineer - AI Platforms

About the role

Emirates Group is looking for a Senior Technical Software Engineer to join its AI Platforms team in Dubai. You will design and build secure, scalable AI capabilities that serve stakeholders and customers worldwide, turning cutting‑edge models into production‑ready services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy reusable AI components such as LLM integrations, agentic services, and model routing frameworks.
• Implement production‑ready patterns including prompt caching, context management, retrieval, grounding, and AI‑native observability.
• Build responsible AI guardrails, input/output filtering, and secure handling of data, secrets, and model access.
• Integrate managed AI services on AWS, Azure, and GCP (e.g., Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI) into business‑critical solutions.
• Participate in planning, estimation, release, hyper‑care, and operational support of AI solutions.
• Drive engineering best practices: test‑driven development, agile processes, automated root‑cause analysis, and blameless post‑mortems.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex software solutions in a senior engineering role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and lead technical design reviews.
