Senior Technical Software Engineer – Salesforce

About the role

Emirates is looking for a Senior Technical Software Engineer specialized in Salesforce to lead the design, development, and deployment of critical business solutions. You will focus on Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI, and the broader Salesforce platform, ensuring high‑quality, scalable, and data‑driven experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the feature team to create technical designs, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct design reviews to enforce appropriate architecture patterns.
• Drive engineering best practices, including test‑driven development, agile processes, and automated quality checks.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to evaluate solution viability, prototype concepts, and validate ideas.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve complex issues, and explore new technologies for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and manage software engineers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and delivery quality.
• Maintain optimal use of enterprise platforms, tools, and libraries in line with architectural guidelines.
• Support corrective, adaptive, preventative, and perfective maintenance of products.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Architect).
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions in a senior technical role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
