Senior Treasury and Liquidity Specialist

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Treasury and Liquidity Specialist to support its rapid expansion in global digital financial services. The role combines treasury management, liquidity optimisation and risk control across both fiat and crypto asset classes. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure stable and efficient fund flows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage treasury positions, liquidity allocation and asset‑processing activities for fiat and crypto assets.
• Monitor currency exposure, liquidity flows and operational performance to maintain efficiency.
• Support smooth processing of fiat currency and crypto fund movements.
• Optimise liquidity strategies to improve profitability and capital efficiency.
• Develop and manage fiat‑crypto liquidity strategies with internal systems and external partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with liquidity providers, banking partners and financial institutions.
• Oversee settlement processes and ensure operational stability across business lines.
• Implement risk‑mitigation frameworks to protect margins and minimise volatility.

Required profile

• At least 60 months (5 years) of experience in treasury, liquidity management or related financial operations.
• Proven experience handling crypto assets, stablecoins and digital‑asset processing.
• Strong understanding of market risk, capital efficiency and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑moving, global environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
