Senior UA Manager (Facebook)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UA Manager specialized in Facebook to lead user acquisition for multiple consumer‑facing digital products. Based in the United Arab Emirates but operating in a remote‑first environment, you will own large‑scale campaigns targeting Tier‑1 markets, especially the United States, and drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimize and scale Facebook paid campaigns across web funnels, managing monthly budgets of $100K‑$200K+.
• Maintain and improve account structures, tracking, domains and payment flows to ensure stability.
• Design and execute systematic creative testing frameworks to identify winning concepts.
• Implement automation using scripts, rules and third‑party tools to increase efficiency.
• Monitor CPA, ROAS, LTV and other acquisition metrics, adjusting targeting and bidding strategies accordingly.
• Document workflows, best practices and optimization learnings for long‑term channel growth.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level hands‑on experience in Facebook user acquisition for web‑based B2C products.
• Track record of managing high‑volume ad budgets (minimum $100K/month).
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international team.
