Senior Visa Consultant (Dubai)

About the role

WVG Group is seeking a Senior Visa Consultant to join its Dubai office. The role involves assessing client profiles, managing visa applications across multiple destinations, and delivering professional guidance throughout the process. The consultant will act as a bridge between clients, sales, and operations to ensure high‑quality, compliant submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients’ travel history, employment, finances, family circumstances and travel objectives.
• Recommend suitable visa options and prepare personalized document checklists.
• Complete and review visa application forms, cover letters, itineraries and supporting statements.
• Review and verify bank statements, employment letters, invitations, hotel bookings, insurance policies and travel arrangements.
• Identify missing documents, inconsistencies, weaknesses and potential risks.
• Conduct final quality checks and submit applications for Schengen, UK, Canada, USA, Australia and other destinations.
• Explain procedures, fees, timelines and risks to clients and follow up on outstanding items.
• Manage complex cases, previous refusals, appeals and re‑applications.
• Maintain accurate case notes in the company CRM and protect client confidentiality.
• Support and train junior consultants and coordinate with sales, operations and customer‑service teams.
• Escalate suspected fraud, compliance concerns or serious complaints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Law, International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a visa consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Schengen, UK, Canada, USA and other major visa processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, client‑service orientation and ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
