Senior Visual Merchandising & Store Design Manager

About the role

The Senior VM & Store Design Manager will lead the Middle East & Africa team to create inspiring retail environments, driving visual merchandising strategy, new store openings and refurbishments across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the MEA VM and Store Design team to implement regional visual merchandising plans and execute new store openings and refurbishments.
• Collaborate with global VM and Store Design teams to ensure consistent guidelines across all store formats.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and stakeholder alignment for retail launches, innovations and promotional projects.
• Develop team capabilities, drive project management excellence and ensure cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Extensive leadership experience in visual merchandising and store design within the beauty sector.
• Creative background in interior, product or architectural design.
• Strong people‑management skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and present to senior leaders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Budgeting, forecasting and project management expertise.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities.
