SEO Executive - Arabic Speaker

About the role

The SEO Executive will drive the company’s online visibility and lead generation by implementing effective search‑engine optimisation strategies. You will work closely with content and marketing teams to optimise website performance for both global and UAE‑local audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise on‑page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs and content.
• Monitor and enhance technical SEO aspects including site speed, indexing, crawlability and mobile‑friendliness.
• Perform regular SEO audits, identify issues and coordinate corrective actions with the development team.
• Implement local SEO tactics for UAE branches, including Google Business Profile optimisation.
• Analyse competitor activity, backlink profiles and keyword performance.
• Track organic traffic, rankings and conversions, and produce performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on SEO or digital‑marketing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• On‑page, off‑page, technical and local SEO expertise.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
• Keyword research, competitor analysis and backlink‑building techniques.
• Basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with WordPress CMS.
• Ability to use Google Business Profile for local search optimisation.
