SEO & IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated SEO & IT Support Specialist to improve our website’s search engine performance while providing day‑to‑day technical assistance to office users. The role blends digital marketing expertise with hands‑on IT support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑page and off‑page SEO activities, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, build quality backlinks, and prepare monthly SEO reports.
• Provide daily IT support to office staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint) and manage user accounts and IT inventory.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, network connectivity, and basic LAN/Wi‑Fi issues.

Required profile

• Experience in SEO and website optimization.
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for computers, printers, and end‑user issues.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP) and good communication skills.

What we offer

• Salary AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month.
