Service Account Delivery Manager (Algeria Based)

About the role

The Service Account Delivery Manager will oversee all service‑related aspects of G+D solution projects, from implementation through maintenance. You will ensure service readiness, support seamless hand‑over to the service delivery engine, and supervise after‑sales delivery to guarantee high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop a comprehensive service delivery model tailored to each project’s needs.
• Provide input for service‑related costing and collaborate with Service Offer Manager on pricing alignment.
• Lead the selection and management of third‑party service suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Coordinate with regional Subcontractor Manager to secure timely delivery of services.
• Oversee site acceptance, hand‑over to operations, and post‑implementation service performance.
• Work closely with Service and Solution Sales teams to align service models with overall project objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing service delivery for technology or solution projects.
• Strong understanding of service model design, costing, and supplier management.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams, including sales and project management.
• Ability to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the service lifecycle.
