Service Advisor – Automotive After‑Sales (UAE National)

About the role
The Service Advisor acts as the vital link between customers and the Toyota brand, ensuring an excellent after‑sales experience that drives retention and revenue. The role combines customer relationship management, upselling of services, and coordination with internal teams to deliver vehicles fixed right the first time.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Upsell services and manage discounts to meet monthly revenue targets while delivering transparent cost explanations.
- Coordinate with the production team to provide timely progress updates and guarantee on‑time vehicle delivery.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent English and basic Arabic speaking ability.
