Service Advisor – Customer Service & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a Service Advisor to deliver professional, high‑quality service to our customers in Sharjah. You will accurately record and organise repair and maintenance jobs, advise customers on current and future service needs, and help drive after‑sales revenue and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, discuss their service or repair requirements and record the details on a job card according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Explain the scope, value and cost of the work, obtain customer confirmation and provide clear instructions to technicians.
• Monitor the progress of the job, keep customers informed of status and parts back‑order dates, and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality standards before vehicle delivery.
• Deliver the vehicle courteously, collect payments or purchase orders, and follow up on pending jobs to achieve a 30‑day turnaround.
• Promote additional accessories, service packages and participate in service campaigns.
• Continuously update product knowledge through web‑based and classroom training.

Required profile

• Vocational qualification in automotive trade, a Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a university degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in the automotive service or trade sector.
