Service Delivery Manager – ICT Managed Services

About the role

Linnk is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of ICT Managed Services across the UAE. You will ensure service excellence, maintain strong customer relationships, and guarantee SLA compliance while coordinating with technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of ICT Managed Services and consistently meet agreed service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor and govern Service Level Agreements, addressing performance issues promptly.
• Coordinate Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.
• Lead service reviews, communicating performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams to resolve critical issues.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives across managed services.
• Support effective ITSM processes with a customer‑focused approach.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in ICT Managed Services and service delivery management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field; ITIL/ITSM certification preferred.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Good knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Experience handling Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Understanding of Azure and cloud technologies.
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and security technologies.

What we offer

• Long‑term contract (yearly renewable) with an estimated salary of AED 15,000‑22,000 per month.
