About the role

This position ensures an exceptional guest experience in a highly empowered environment, representing the brand throughout the guest journey and delivering a flawless stay from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

Conduct all operational tasks in the Front Office while adhering to service standards and procedures.
Go the extra mile to delight guests and prevent complaints, ensuring appropriate service recovery when needed.
Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always keeping the guest’s interests at heart.
Maintain high service standards throughout the guest journey from check‑in to check‑out.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
High school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
1–3 years experience in a similar position at a 5‑star hospitality company.
