Service Supervisor III – Cementing

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor III to lead cementing operations at well sites in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate complex, high‑profile jobs, ensure safety and quality, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee cementing service line work on‑site, handling complex and hazardous jobs.
• Direct and coordinate service operators, Halliburton and non‑Halliburton crew members.
• Prepare equipment for subsequent jobs, manage clean‑up, repairs and readiness.
• Perform calculations required for cementing jobs and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Evaluate crew performance, provide training and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Service Supervisor‑Cementing II.
• Ability to communicate effectively in an oil‑field environment.
• Commitment to safety, environmental standards and quality processes.
