ServiceNow Engineer – Corporate Services Desk

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst with strong technical expertise in ServiceNow to run our Corporate Services Service Desk. You will ensure every request and work order is handled to a high standard and within agreed SLAs and KPIs. You will also manage the building’s access control system, processing access requests accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, operate and administer the Corporate Services Service Desk, assign tasks, prioritize requests, and escalate emergencies.
• Receive and process access control requests, generate reports, issue ID cards, manage secure token inventory, and conduct inspections of restricted areas.
• Produce regular reports for the Corporate Services division and adjust time‑and‑attendance records as needed.
• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, building catalog items, workflows, SLAs, dashboards and implementing process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in service‑desk operations within corporate services, technology or facilities management.
• Preferred ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) and experience with integrations (REST APIs, Integration Hub) and Automated Test Framework.

Required skills

• ServiceNow administration (users, groups, roles, ACLs, tables, forms, catalog items, record producers).
• Flow Designer, notifications, events, scheduled jobs, and Update Sets for change management.
• JavaScript scripting for Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies and UI Actions.
• SLA, assignment rule and approval workflow configuration.
• Report and dashboard creation, REST API integration, Integration Hub, Automated Test Framework.
• Advanced MS Office, AI tools, and access‑control system management.
