About the role
We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Expert to join our Abu Dhabi team. The successful candidate will lead the implementation and management of enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, ensuring a robust and automated IT service landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Build service maps and automate operational workflows to improve service delivery.
- Implement AIOps capabilities, including root‑cause analysis and predictive insights.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs and JavaScript.
- Optimize ServiceNow platform performance and support cloud integrations.
- Assist with platform upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
- Proven ability to design and automate IT service processes.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and performance tuning.
