About the role

We are looking for a Sheetfed Printer operator to ensure print consistency, perform scheduled maintenance, and maintain optimal ink‑water balance throughout production.

Key responsibilities

Maintain print consistency throughout the run by monitoring ink density, registration, and paper feed accuracy, and adjusting machine settings proactively.
Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as roller cleaning, blanket replacement, lubrication, and mechanical inspections, documenting activities and escalating abnormalities.
Control ink‑water balance during production, fine‑tuning dampening systems and ink flow to prevent scumming, toning, or emulsification and ensure consistent color fidelity.
