About the role
We are looking for a Sheetfed Printer operator to ensure print consistency, perform scheduled maintenance, and maintain optimal ink‑water balance throughout production.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain print consistency throughout the run by monitoring ink density, registration, and paper feed accuracy, and adjusting machine settings proactively.
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as roller cleaning, blanket replacement, lubrication, and mechanical inspections, documenting activities and escalating abnormalities.
- Control ink‑water balance during production, fine‑tuning dampening systems and ink flow to prevent scumming, toning, or emulsification and ensure consistent color fidelity.
