About the role

The SINYAR Explorer Programme is a six‑month, paid, part‑time initiative designed to bridge theory and practice for Emirati talent interested in the insurance sector. Participants will rotate across functional areas, receive industry‑led technical training, and build a professional network within Orient Insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Attend scheduled training sessions and complete assigned learning modules.
• Participate in cross‑functional job rotations to gain exposure to underwriting, claims, and sales.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior staff on real‑world projects.
• Contribute to team meetings and present progress updates.
• Maintain a part‑time work schedule of 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Required profile

• UAE national with a high school diploma, diploma, or recent university graduate.
• Not currently enrolled in a university program or employed full‑time.
• Strong motivation to start a career in insurance.
