Site Engineer – Bridge & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer with proven experience in bridge and infrastructure construction projects in the UAE. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities related to bridge and infrastructure works.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and verify site measurements.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and UAE construction requirements.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate inspections, approvals, and resolve technical or site‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution of bridge and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of bridge construction methodologies, road works, utilities, drainage, and related standards.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and project execution practices.
• Good communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency with engineering software.
