Site Engineer

About the role

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer with strong experience as a Fit‑out Engineer to supervise site activities, coordinate with sub‑contractors and ensure compliance with project specifications while delivering high‑quality work within deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, design and internal teams, and prepare method statements, work schedules and weekly progress reports.
• Monitor project timelines, conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality control.
• Assist in material approvals, procurement follow‑up, cost monitoring and maintain regular updates with the Project Manager and Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction sector.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and authority regulations.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
