About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Site Foreman to lead daily construction operations in Dubai. You will ensure that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations.
- Supervise construction activities and personnel.
- Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met.
- Manage site logistics and resources.
- Coordinate with engineers, managers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress, report issues and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction supervision.
- Strong site management and leadership abilities.
- Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications.
- Safety‑conscious and detail‑oriented.
- Good communication skills.
