Site Foreman – Spa & Wellness Construction

About the role

Join ALEC FITOUT as a Site Foreman dedicated to Spa & Wellness projects. You will lead specialist installation teams on high‑end luxury hospitality developments, ensuring the delivery of thermal wellness facilities with precision and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction and installation of saunas, steam rooms, hammams, experience showers, salt rooms and other thermal wellness facilities.
• Coordinate daily site activities, material availability, manpower allocation and equipment readiness.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, method statements and manufacturer requirements.
• Oversee thermal cabin construction, including insulation, vapor barriers, waterproofing systems and specialist finishes.
• Monitor workmanship quality, productivity, construction sequencing and support inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years hands‑on construction or specialist installation experience, with at least 3 years in Spa & Wellness or thermal cabin projects.
• Proven experience supervising skilled workers and specialist installation teams on high‑end luxury projects.
• Technical diploma, vocational qualification or equivalent practical experience in construction, carpentry, mechanical installation or fit‑out works.

Required skills

• Thermal cabin construction systems, insulation, waterproofing and vapor barriers.
• Reading and interpreting shop drawings, installation details and manufacturer instructions.
• Construction sequencing, workmanship standards and safety requirements.
• Specialist wellness equipment installation.
