Site ID Manager – Interior Design & Project Delivery

About the role

The Site ID Manager will ensure that the approved interior design intent is delivered on‑site in line with drawings, specifications, quality standards and programme requirements. This client‑side position works closely with designers, architects, MEP and structural teams to achieve seamless project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design integration with interior designers, architects, MEP, structural engineers, contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, technical submissions, samples, mock‑ups and method statements for compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections of workmanship, finishes, joinery, doors, sanitaryware, ceilings, flooring and other interior works.
• Maintain approved design intent, materials, finishes, details and quality standards throughout construction.
• Approve materials and samples for colour, finish, quality, dimensions and specification compliance.
• Identify and resolve design, coordination, constructability and interface issues.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against approved documents.
• Coordinate with procurement on material availability, long‑lead items and potential design impacts.
• Review RFIs, technical queries, alternatives and design changes while protecting design intent.
• Control quality by identifying non‑conforming work, coordinating corrective actions and verifying rectification.
• Track interior‑design progress, flag potential delays and support programme maintenance.
• Lead snagging, de‑snagging and final hand‑over inspections to ensure required quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in interior design coordination and site management.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and quality control processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on a fast‑paced construction site.
