About the role
We are looking for a Site Safety Officer to join our project team in Dubai, focusing on façade and curtain‑wall installations. The successful candidate will ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce safety standards on site, especially for façade/curtain‑wall works.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and construction safety standards.
- Provide safety training and briefings to all site personnel.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Valid HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Site Safety Officer in construction.
- Proven experience on façade or curtain‑wall projects is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
