Site Surveyor – Fit‑Out Factory

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Site Surveyor to join Azizi Developments’ Fit‑Out Factory team in Dubai. The role focuses on carrying out accurate site surveys and measurements to ensure that factory‑manufactured fit‑out elements are produced and installed in line with approved drawings and real‑world conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed site surveys, taking precise dimensions of walls, ceilings, floors, openings, MEP provisions and other relevant elements.
• Prepare as‑built drawings, site measurement drawings and comprehensive survey reports.
• Coordinate with Design, Technical, Production and Project teams to verify that survey data is complete and accurate.
• Identify and report any discrepancies between approved drawings and actual site conditions.
• Validate dimensions and levels before fabrication and installation of joinery, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms and other fit‑out components.
• Support the factory team with accurate site information and conduct verification visits during fabrication and installation when required.
• Maintain organized records of measurements, drawings, photographs and site documentation, adhering to quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines.
• Experience in conducting site surveys for residential, hospitality, retail or mixed‑use projects.
